She can’t give full details and talks over you, also she is very judgemental. She needs to allow her callers to speak and not just see her views as valid.

Opinionated,
Very judgemental went off on one. When I finally got chance to explain she was way off. She wouldn't have it an just kept saying what she believed even though the situation was totally different to what she was saying. Completely read my situation wrong, very disappointing.
