Terms and Conditions for Online Credit Card Payments

All payments of tarot / psychic packages using the online and telephone payment credit card facilities are subject to the following conditions.1. When you complete the online and or telephone payment transaction, funds will be deducted from your credit card in the specified currency.
2. Payments are debited to Livelines UK Ltd.
3. Online and telephone Credit card payments are secure:
Online payments will be processed directly by either Sage Pay, Realex or Worldpay using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Telephone credit card payments are transmitted via PCI PAL who are PCI compliant at Level 1. Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet. Livelines UK does not have access to your credit card details. We do have access to the last four digits of your card number which may be used for verification during any correspondence with us.
4. Confirmation:
If successful, our gateway will confirm that your payment was completed. If unsuccessful, our gateway will advise that your payment has failed. Livelines UK will not be advised why a payment has failed, therefore, you should contact your card provider for details. If your payment fails, you may call our office on 0 46 901 7220 where we can try to process your card manually. If this method fails you will need to contact your card issuing bank for further assistance.
5. PIN Numbers:
If your payment was successful our website will generate you a unique PIN number that will be required to access our credit card service. If you have supplied us with a valid email address, you will receive confirmation of your PIN number if you have paid for your package online. Please note payments processed through the telephone credit card service will not receive a confirmation email. If you lose your PIN number you may call the Livelines UK office where a member of staff will try to recover your PIN. You may be asked to confirm your name, billing address and/or the last four digits of your card number. If you call us after your PIN number has expired, please note that your PIN may not be recoverable. We will try our best to assist you however we recommend that you call us before your PIN expires (usually 24 hours from issuing).
7. By using Livelines UK Ltds online and telephone credit card facilities you agree to all applicable Livelines UK policies regarding the use of our tarot and psychic services.
8. Refunds will not be offered on any unused minutes or lost PIN numbers.
9. All information you provide on the credit card payment facility forms will be handled in accordance with the Livelines UK Ltd privacy statement.
10. Livelines UK Ltd Terms and Conditions for online credit card payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.
11. The Psychic, Tarot and Medium Live Service:
LiveLines UK Ltd will endeavour to maintain the services at all times, however we cannot take any accountability for any service down times due to equipment failure and or any third party services involved with the services advertised herein. We cannot guarantee that you will be put through to the operator of your choice by either using their PIN number or by choosing them from the carousel of available operators. If your chosen reader becomes unavailable, you will be put through to the next available reader. If you would like to speak to a particular operator and you cannot get through to them please telephone the office on 0 46 901 7220 Monday-Friday 9-5pm GMT. The Services are provided for entertainment purposes only. The minutes you have purchased are used as soon as you connect to the tarot / psychic service. PIN numbers expire after 24 hours. All calls to the service are recorded. You must be over 18 years old to access the tarot / psychic service. We reserve the right to restrict access to any persons who do not adhere to our terms and conditions.
12. How the tarot / psychic service works:
- You can either pay for your package using our online credit card facilities or by calling our telephone credit card service.
- When using the online credit card service your PIN number will show on the payment success page if your transaction is successful. You will also be shown a local telephone number to call where you can input your PIN number.
- When using the telephone credit card payment service after successful payment the service will read back to you your PIN number, once this has been completed we will put you through to the tarot / psychic service where you can input your PIN number. All telephone calls are local rate.
- You can purchase more minutes online or through the telephone credit card payment service, so please keep the telephone number safe.

14. Psychic Messenger Service
- The Psychic messenger service is only available if readers registered on the Psychic Messenger service are logged on, ready to take readings. We cannot issue refunds in the event of a reader not being available to read for you at a specific time.
- All users of the Psychic messenger service must be over 18 years old.
- We keep copies of all the Messenger conversations, however these can only be accessed by management. Your identity is kept confidential at all times.
- Readers cannot access your confidential or payment information.
- Payments are processed by our PCI Level 1 verified merchant. We do not have access to your credit or debit card information.
- Refunds will not be issued on unused purchased packages or minutes.
- We reserve the right to block customers from this service and any related services operated by LiveLines UK, in the event of a chargeback, payment dispute, anything that jeopardises the smooth operation of the service or if any of these terms are broken.
